CREOLE

Gumbo ya ya!

A traditional warming stew made up with all the ingredients you can find. 

 

1. Create a roux- melt butter, then add flour stirring constantly til it becomes a dark, caramel colour.

2. Add the holy trinity of veg, chicken and CREOLE spice. Add chopped tomatoes and bring to the boil.

3. Add shrimp (if desired). Serve on rice.
