We specialise in Cajun and Creole cuisine straight outta New Orleans. Our flavours are punchy, inspired by Spanish, French and African flavours and best served with live Jazz and rum based cocktails.

BLACKENED CAJUN CHICKEN

Boneless chicken thighs grilled on the barbecue served with dirty rice, remoulade sauce and honey mustard slaw. 

SHRIMP ETOUFFEE

Barbecued shrimp topped with etouffee cream sauce and served with dirty rice, remoulade sauce and honey mustard slaw.

CRISPY CREOLE

CAULIFLOWER

Cauliflower fried until crisp and tossed in a creole sauce, served with cajun fries, remoulade sauce and honey mustard slaw. 

OUR ETHOS

We aim to inspire, support and empower females in the food industry with a 90% female staff ratio as well as working with boss illustrators, designers and DJs. 

We source sustainably through our packaging, our products and have an aim of zero food waste by the end of 2020.
